My wife and I have had the pleasure to work with Hunter Donaldson three times over the years. The purchase of a home, sale of a home and another purchase. There are many things that stand out to us about Hunter. He was absolutely the best at responding quickly and thoughtfully to any concern, question or need. He also was able to refine his searching for us to the wants that we had as they emerged and evolved, being responsive and open to changes in our needs. When it came time to write or respond to an offer/ contract we could count on him to do so quickly and negotiate on our behalf as he was skilled in keeping the dialogue going towards successful completion. Hunter had a wealth of knowledge about homes and building because of his broad background allowing us to feel comfortable asking questions about structure, remodeling and repairs.
