We have bought and sold many homes over the years and we have NEVER had an agent like Lori Gonce. She is one in a million! Since we were buying while in Alaska, it was an anxious event but Lori went above and beyond to get to know us, our desires, and our style of living. She did live video showings and worked with our schedule of a 4 hour time difference. She was candid and honest with her opinions of properties based on her astute perceptions of our life style. We had extreme confidence in her opinions. Again because we were in Alaska she took over all the aspects of inspections and appointments and it was an incredible 19 days from contract signing to closing. I have never experienced such an easy and stress free exchange in my 45 years of buying and selling homes. If I could nominate her for an award, I’d do it in a second.
