I have heard that this is a seller’s market. This was not the reason why I decided to list my house, but rather because of family circumstances, my decision to move close to my daughter was the purpose of the relocation. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that after the professionally done pictures were posted it would sell in 45 minutes!
