Apple Country Realty is an excellent company--large enough to have all necessary resources while being small enough to feel like real people (instead of corporate entities!). Ashlee is the best real estate agent we've ever dealt with. She was attentive, professional, and extremely skilled at responding with just what we needed (which varied lots during our 2-year search for our mountain home). During the search itself (most of which was done from afar), she promptly responded to any queries, sometimes even suggesting things to think about that we were unaware of. During the actual house visits, she was peacefully in the background as we talked through the pros and cons of the different houses. Once when she saw that we were especially interested in a house but worried about a zoning issue, she got on her phone and contacted a few people to get some answers. And she was truly exceptional during the inspection period, helping us get all of the tests we wanted and helping us interpret the results. We've even called her a couple of times since we moved in with questions about the area. She is always friendly and helpful. Ashlee Gonce is an excellent real estate agent.
