I am proud to say that I have been a real estate broker for eight years now at Apple Country Realty.  I love working here because of the unrivaled caring attitudes and work ethic of the people at this office.  I work on a team with my mother-in-law, Lori Gonce.  Together, we total over 20 years of experience.  Our top priority is to make our clients happy.

I have always had a passion for negotiating deals, and buying and selling things.  In my spare time, my husband and I enjoy restoring items and selling them online.  Selling real estate is even more rewarding to me because not only do I get to negotiate deals, I truly enjoy helping people find what they are looking for.  Whether it's a piece of land to build your dream home on, or the perfect existing house that meets your criteria.  I would be honored to assist you in your search.  As a seller, because of my own hobbies, I understand the importance of pricing something you have put many hours of love into.  Looking at comparable sales in the area is important and helping you get top dollar is my goal.

I am very familiar with Henderson County and surrounding areas because I have lived here all of my life.  I enjoyed being raised in the area and have never thought about going anywhere else.  This location has many things to do if you enjoy being outside whether it be camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, visiting local orchards or taking a stroll down Main Street.  The mountain views sure aren't bad to look at either.

Anyone that knows me knows that I love animals.  I have two dogs and a cat (that I rescued and bottle fed at 1 week old) that I adore.  With that being said, I know how important it is to make sure your new home can accommodate your furry family members too.  Communication is key and I always strive to listen to your wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction.  My goal is to make the buying or selling process as fun, easy and stress-free as possible.
