Market TrendsCurrent MLS statistics show sales in the $140,000-$150,000 price range and in the $200,000-$249,900 range to be selling much faster than homes in other price ranges. Community and County InformationThe Edneyville Community held an Appreciation Diner for those that were so instrumental in defeating the outdoor firing range at the Justice Academy in Edneyville on September 12th a the new Edneyville Community Center. Several of the our representatives, commissioners and local politicians were in attendance. We would like to thank everyone that worked so hard on this issue to help preserve the quiet enjoyment of our community.The Hickory Nut Gorge Hiking Club in conjunction with several organized groups and private landowners including the Carolina Mtn Land Conservancy, Foothills Conservancy, The Town of Lake Lure and several other groups are working together to create a Hiking Trail System with in Hickory Nut Gorge.
